Free Printable Scrapbook Paper for Halloween
84I recently became inspired to make some free printable decorative paper for Halloween. I've seen so many great free scrapbooking and card making printables around the net and figured it was about time for me to make a contribution. Halloween is my favorite holiday so I figured why not start out my free printables with Halloween patterns. You can use these free printable patterned papers for your Halloween paper crafts. A few ideas would be to print out on card stock for scrapbooking, card making, use a punch to punch out shapes for embellishments or you could even print out on regular paper and use as wrapping paper. Just use your imagination, you'll be surprised what you can come up with. If you would like to use any or even all of these all you have to do is:
- Click on the patterned paper you want and that will bring it up full size.
- Then right click and save to your computer.
- Once saved to your computer, you can open it up in a image program and print!
- They are made to print full size on a 81/2 by 11 piece of paper.
Here we go.. I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them. These are for personal use only please :)
This one has a sort of whimsical look... I love the wavy swirls. You could use this for card making or scrapbooking different ways. One way I think it would be cute is to be printed out on card stock and used to mat pictures with. You could also punch out shapes and use as tags or something like that. There are lots of different ways you can use it.
Just some simple dots.. some big and some tiny. It has a sort of textured back ground. Add some photos and you have an instant back ground for a scrapbook page. If you have a paper punch you can punch out at different angles and come out with some circles in a funky design. If you are familiar with editing programs you can white out the middle with a white square and use as stationary with polka dot edges.
This one is a bit busy but I love it! THIS one could have a million uses.. the first thing I think of is cutting it in strips along with the design and use as borders for your photos in scrapbooking. Makes a great patterned scrapbooking paper.
I love the "grunge" feel of this one. Perfect for Halloween, I think! Awesome background for some spooky Halloween photos or a great Halloween card. Maybe print it out on card stock, fold it in half and make a card, add a Halloween photo and would make a really cute Halloween card.
Another stripey one with some lime green. I wonder why lime green is a common Halloween color. Has anyone else noticed that? Anyway, I think this is a fun pattern to use in many ways. This would be another great one as a background for photos..
I love the repeating text... makes a really cute printable pattern. Happy Halloween! It might not be a very spooky font but it is cute I think.. all of them. When I look at this one I think Halloween card or you could cut out the different fonts and use them as embellishments in your Halloween scrapbook layout.
After I finished with this I noticed it looked like eyeballs kind of.. I didn't intend it to turn out that way but it's perfect for Halloween anyway. You could use a round punch and use the "eyeballs" as embellishments or again, this one would look great behind your photos.
I love the look of these stitches! It's a kind of country type look for Halloween. How about printing this out of card stock and then cut in half and then cut in half again where you have 4 equal pieces.. then you can use them as postcards or write spooky Halloween recipes on back to share with your friends.
Isn't this one cute! I especially LOVE the little bats, skulls and ghosts on this one- so cute! I could pictures those making some really cute Halloween cupcake picks. When I look at the whole thing I feel it would be really cute as wrapping paper or a card.
Another grudge type one.. I love the dots and mixture of black and orange! Would be awesome as a wrapping paper, mat for photos, background for scrapbooking.. Just about anything.
Skulls and crossbones.. spooky..... spooky.....spooky!! This one is a little more spooky than the rest.. It's the old style skulls instead of the newly popular cutesy skulls. I wanted to do some patterned papers with the cutesy skulls but I thought this would be more Halloween-ish. Just like with all the others, you can do tons of stuff with this patterned paper. Whatever you do, just have fun and no matter what time of year it is.. Halloween is always just around the corner or at least it is for me.
I love the retro look of this pattern. This could be used for a number of different paper crafts. It would make a great background for a photo, photo card, Halloween party invitation, etc. You could use any of these printable papers for any sort of paper craft!
I hope you enjoy my first contribution of free printables here on HubPages. I plan to make even more to share for other holidays, occasions, etc.. I hope you have LOTS of fun with these!
Happy Halloween!!

Wow, AWESOME contribution to the crafty scene for Halloween 2011. I especially love the dotted papers. I'm going to put together a Halloween crafty/DIY/recipes link list on my blog later this month. I'm definitely including this!
